IEEE MetroSea 2021 will have the following awards, which will be announced and bestowed at the Conference Closing Ceremony.
Best Conference Paper Award "F.Cennamo"
This award recognizes the most outstanding paper presented at IEEE MetroSea Workshop.
The Best Conference Paper Award is sponsored by MDPI Sensors Journal.
The author of the awarded paper, and co-authors if any, will be entitled to:
- A prize money amounting to 500 CHF;
- A painting by Annamaria Di Costanzo;
- A copy of the forthcoming Springer book, Measurement for the Sea edited by P. Daponte, G.B. Rossi, and V. Piscopo, to be published late 2021;
- A signed and stamped official Award Certificate;
- The announcement of their achievement on a special conference webpage.
The Best Paper Award dedicated to the memory of Prof. Felice Cennamo will consist of a painting by Annamaria Di Costanzo.
THE ARTIST: Annamaria Di Costanzo. Retired dean of prestigious institutes, self-taught painter, spontaneous in mixing the colors and the landscape evolutions, conveying the energy and the emotional wave of the natural elements as we fondly recall in childhood memories.
She has also published collections of thoughts and colors.
