The registration fees are as follows and must be paid in Euro:

• Student Registration (Three Days) fees include:

  One copy of the proceeding in electronic form

• Regular Registration (One Day) fees include:
  Workshop kit
  One copy of the proceeding in electronic form
  Paper Publication
  Entrance to all sessions for one day
  Coffee breaks for one day
  Lunch for one day

• Student Registration (One Day) fees include:
  Workshop kit
  One copy of the proceeding in electronic form
  Entrance to all sessions for one day
  Coffee breaks for one day
  Lunch for one day

Attendees with Regular Registration Fee (3 Days) will receive an exclusive gift offered by Giuseppe Bottiglieri Shipping Company S.p.A.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS

• Covering the expenses for Paper Publication

• Please read carefully the following information concerning the registration procedure, especially if you are the prospective presenter of an accepted paper or if you need to guarantee inclusion of your accepted paper in the proceedings. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the Regular Registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by ----- - no exceptions.
  Student registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the inclusion of the accepted paper in the conference program for presentation (oral or poster) and publication!
  One author Regular Registration will cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. It is possible to associate one additional paper with the same registration at extra-cost of €50.

  Refund Policy

  Conference registration will not be refunded if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper.
  Additional lunch and banquet tickets will not be refunded.
